HR Generalist Talent Acquisition

Job Description

We are looking to hire and HR Generalist that has heavy recruitment experience! This role is hybrid and a background in healthcare is a plus.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for all roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, community partnerships, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate candidates for skill, cultural fit, and long-term alignment.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and time-to-fill.
  • Oversee employer branding efforts and support recruiting-related marketing content.

Human Resources Generalist Duties

  • Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Support employee relations by helping resolve routine HR issues, providing guidance, and escalating concerns when needed.
  • Assist in administering performance review cycles and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and reporting for audits and HR metrics.
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communication efforts.
  • Participate in HR projects including process improvements, training initiatives, and culture-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years focused on talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to source and hire candidates across various departments and job levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using HRIS and ATS systems; proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
